The city of Palm Springs does not allow music to be played outside the house at anytime. The garage is not part of the rental. The use of the washer, dryer and vacuum in the garage is allowed. Everything else in the garage cannot be used or touched. WARNING, The garage is under video surveillance 24/7 Per city of Palm Springs ordinance, Max guests allowed is 6. During the day you can have 4 additional guests. Max vehicles allowed on the property is 3 Pets of any kind are not allowed on the property. If guests violate this policy they will be required to vacate the property immediately and will not receive a refund.
