Rancho Mirage, considered the ‘Playground of Presidents’ is where former President Gerald Ford and Hollywood personalities like Frank Sinatra and Lucille Ball set up residence.  The River, an entertainment center with restaurants, shops and movies, is built around dramatic water features.  Rancho Mirage also is the home of the Eisenhower Medical Center, The Betty Ford Center and the Barbara Sinatra Children’s Center.



Palm Desert boasts world-class shopping on fashionable El Paseo.  Located in the heart of Palm Desert, this street boasts boutiques, galleries and fine dining.  You can explore the desert in its natural state at the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens.  Don’t forget the famous golf resorts, as well as over 150 works of public art on display throughout the City.
