Chino Canyon : At the base of the mountain near the aerial tramway and among large boulders, these home have sweeping views and private lots.

Vista Las Palmas: Between Old Las Palmas and the Mountains, this enclave features homes mostly built in the 50’s and 60’s with great Mid-Century architecture.

Twin Palms: Just south of the curve in Palm Canyon road, this neighborhood contains classic Mid-Century homes as well as homes built in the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s.

Tennis Club: Just west of downtown, this small neighborhood is home to many of the cities small hotels, as well as many private residences.

Warm Sands: Adjacent to downtown, this eclectic neighborhood features bungalows, mid-century homes, spanish villas, and small hotels.

Los Compadres: Near the Tahquitz Creek Golf Course, this area was primarily developed in the 1970’s and offers a suburban feeling with uniform streets and sidewalks.
