Before entering Real Estate, James started a successful design firm in Orange County. As more of his clients got second homes in the desert, he found himself spending time in Palm Springs. He got his first taste for Real Estate when he began renovating older homes in Palm Springs for profit. As his experience grew, he obtained his Real Estate license so he could buy and sell properties for his portfolio. Soon friends and neighbors were asking him to help with their Real Estate transactions so he decided to add being a full-time realtor to his growing list of business ventures.
Paul spent over 18 years working for a fortune 500 company as a director of Information Technology. During his tenure, he had the opportunity to live in many different areas of the world, including three years in Europe As his real estate investment portfolio grew, he obtained his Real Estate license so he could better control his portfolio. What happened next? People who knew him started asking him to help with their real estate investments and second homes. After some serious consideration, he decided to retire from Corporate America and work full time in real estate.
